Initiatives and Strategies:
Vision: Establish overall vision and strategy for economic, environmental and social performance, for short medium and long term. Articulate relevance of sustainability to organization and its strategy (GRI Strategy and Analysis 1.1)
Management Accountability: The CEO and company management (C-Level, heads of business and functional units) are responsible for achieving sustainability goals (G2, Ceres).
Governance Review: Processes for evaluating the highest governance body's performance with respect to achieving sustainability goals (GRI Governance 4.10).
Board Oversight: Board of Directors will provide oversight and accountability for corporate sustainability strategy and performance. A committee of the board will carry specific responsibility for sustainability oversight. (G1, Ceres)
Focus Engagement Activity: Company systematically identifies diverse group of stakeholders and regularly engages with them on sustainability risks and opportunities, including Materiality analysis (S1, Ceres)
Public Policy: Company will clearly state its position on relevant sustainability public policy issues. Any lobbying will be done transparently and in a manner consistent with sustainability commitments. (G5, Ceres)
