Endorse Initiatives: Externally developed charters, principles, or other initiatives to which the company subscribes or endorses, e.g. UN Compact, Ceres Roadmap, etc. (GRI Governance 4.12)
Document Sustainability: Sustainability goals are incorporated into employee performance evaluation processes, compensation, incentives and career progression.
Formalize Participation: Companies have formal systems in place to incentivize and capture employee ideas and feedback on the sustainability vision and goals, and on innovations that will help the company to achieve them.
